<p>In a process to prepare a kebab with the assistance of a vertical spit (2) that is presented at right angles to a horizontal metal plate with a median open-sided slit, through which the spit is inserted. The plate position is changed by a drive from a first position in which the slit is free, to a second position in which the spit is located in the slit, in which position the meat strip winds onto the spit. The meat is fixed in position on the spit by a pressure element, following which the first plate is withdrawn. Also claimed is a commensurate assembly.</p> |
