Cosmetic composition comprises a film-forming polymer which, at the polymer concentration in the composition, has a mechanical profile, in a water-alcohol medium containing 20 vol.% ethanol, defined by an angle of cling (alpha ) of more than 47[deg] or, if alpha is 90[deg] or more, a maximum detachment force of less than 5 N. An independent claim is also included for an aerosol device containing a composition as above.
