PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely insulate a device with a shutter plate sufficiently small to cover an end surface of a terminal by energizing a movable insulation cylinder in the drawing direction of a breaker body, and by moving the movable insulation cylinder in the insertion direction and exposing a sliding contact part with a breaker body, when the breaker body is inserted. SOLUTION: When a breaker body is drawn for maintenance inspection, first a horizontal slide member 14 is moved to left by left movement of an operating plate 26, next vertical slide member is moved downward, and then a shutter plate 11 comes down in the front of a drawer contact end to cover a tip surface. A movable insulation cylinder 24 pressed in by a base 5 moves to the left by an energizing force of a spring, and whole upper, lower, and side surface of the drawer contact end are covered by insulators. A fixing insulation cylinder 23 and the movable insulation cylinder 24 around a terminal of an attaching frame can be surely insulated. Since the shutter plate 11 is just sufficiently small for cover the end surface of the terminal, a shutter driving part can be miniaturized. |
