A rotor feeder of boiling vessel has connected by working surfaces conical bushings of the housing and a rotor with through pockets, side covers, bases, sections, unloading and loading windows, intermediate links on which threading is provided. The conical bushing of the housing and the rotor comprise of three sections separated one from another byintermediate links; at that the pockets of the middle section of the rotor II are turned with respect to the pockets of the larger and the smaller sections I and III by 45 DEGREE , and the volumes and the areas of the pockets in the cross-sections of the larger and the smaller sections I and III are equal to the sum of the volume and the area in the sections of the pockets of the middle section II of the rotor.
