The installation has an air inlet conduit (4) including a duct. A burnt gas evacuation conduit (5) and a foul air extraction conduit (6) are mounted in a concentric manner inside the air inlet conduit. The foul air extraction conduit defines, in the duct, an airtight internal volume with respect to the flow of combustion air and the flow of burnt gas.
