METHOD TO INCREASE THERMAL EFFICIENCY OF THE CYCLE OF A GAS-TURBINE ENGINE

摘要

A method to increase thermal efficiency of the cycle of gas-turbine engine is in that air before the combustion chamber is subjected to regeneration heating by means of gases worked out in the turbine. After expansion in the high pressure turbine thegases are used for regeneration air heating, after that the gases are expanded in the low pressure turbine.
