The strap has a tubular harness (11) received at an end (2) of a harness (1). The harness (1) has an end (8) in which a storage bag (7) and an adjustment harness (13) are inserted. The harness (1) is folded over itself and a rectangle frame (6) made of quick fixing fabric is disposed inside a basic frame (5) with two flaps (5a, 5b) made of quick fixing fabric. The rectangle frame is blocked by folding back the flaps.
