The proposed method for detecting nerve elements in film anatomical preparations consists in fixing the analyzed preparation with 1 % sulfosalicylic acid, washing the preparation before and after the dyeing by tap water and then by distilled water, clarifying the preparation by mixes of glycerin with water, with the ratio of 1:4, 1:2, and 3:4 between the mix component contents, and washing the preparation twice with pure glycerin.
