The present invention relates compounds of the formula (I): wherein R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R⁵, R⁶, R⁷ and R⁸ represent a variety of substituents; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compounds are of particular use in the treatment or prevention of depression, anxiety, pain, inflammation, migraine, emesis or postherpetic neuralgia.
