HOLE PUNCH APPARATUS

A punch device for making cuts that form a flap in a sheet includes a ho le punch usable to make cuts in the sheet. The whole punch has a cutting surfac e that is engageable with the sheet. The cutting surface has a continuous cutting edge including a long edge, a short edge and a rounded edge connecting the long a nd short edges. A non-cutting surface allows the flap to remain attached to the sheet . The cutting edges are oriented 5 degrees to 30 degrees relative to an edge of th e sheet.
