<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a razor which prevents a roller from slipping, allows the roller to rotate, and facilitates the generation of minus ions from the roller or others. <P>SOLUTION: In the razor having a rotatable roller 7, recessed diameter reduced parts 21 are formed in an outer peripheral surface part 22, projecting parts 23 is integrally formed in the diameter reduced parts 21, a skin comes into contact with at least a part of the projecting parts at the time of the rotation of the roller.
