MULTILAYERED FILMS, METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF

A multilayer film (I) is coated with a first hot-sealing adhesive (II) on its outer face and the opposite outer face comprises a layer (III) based on a polyolefin or polyvinyl compound whereby the adhesive (II) contains cellulose nitrate and acrylic polymers and is sealable against a layer based on a polyvinyl compound. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for the production of the film (I) by application of a first hot-sealing adhesive (II) and optionally a second hot-sealing adhesive in the form of a 20-30 wt.% solution or dispersion in a volatile organic solvent onto the outer face of a multi-layer based on a polyolefin- or polyvinyl compound on the opposite outer face; and evaporation of the solvent such that the whole face is covered and optionally a layer of the second hot-sealing adhesive is applied whereby the coating of the first hot-sealing adhesive is partially replaced by the layer of the second hot-sealing adhesive; (2) flexible packaging produced from the film (I).
