FIELD: equipment for preparing of beverages such as coffee by infusion of product kept in container. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has infusion chamber consisting of two parts which may be converged or diverged. For opening or closing said chamber and pressing said container to non-rotary part 4, other part of said chamber is made rotary and adapted for longitudinal displacement. Apparatus has additional locking means designed for closing of two parts of infusion chamber. This additional means may be made in the form of hydraulic cylinder supplied from boiler adapted for feeding of infusion chamber. Chamber 39 of hydraulic cylinder is defined between boiler surface 40 and movable member 41 rigidly connected to non-rotary part 4 of infusion chamber. Surface 40 has hot water feeding branch pipe 42. Elastic impermeable membrane 43 between boiler surface 40 and movable member 41 provides hermetical sealing upon closing of hydraulic cylinder chamber 39. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction of opening and closing drive for infusion chamber, reduced drive power, improved sealing of infusion chamber, and convenient receiving and removal of container with product. ^ 18 cl, 26 dwg |
