In mould manufacturing the different components of a mould are completed in different work stages. A mould is assembled of completed components such that no sub-assemblies are formed of the components, in which the manufacturing of the component would be continued after the sub-assembly. The components of the mould can be machined when fastened to a palette (8). The components can be conveyed on the palette (8) from one machine tool to an other. |
