The method relates to antibiotic equipping the body with interconnecting free/released microspaces and to so layer coated bodies and the application thereof. According to the invention the procedure is characterized in, that in free interspaces of nonmetal bodies is introduced at least one water solution 1 that comprises at least one antibiotic component easy soluble in water from the group of aminogycoside antibiotics, tetracyclic antibiotics, lincozamide antibiootics and 4 quinolyine antibiotics and one water solution 2 that comprise at least one water soluble amphilic component from the alkylsulphates group, alkylsulphonates, alkylarylsulphates, dialkylarylsulphates, alkylarylsulphonates, dialkylarylsulphonates, cycloalkylsulphates, cycloalkylsulphonates and alkylcycloalkylsulphates, where between the introduction of solvents 1 and 2 water by evaporation and/or airation is mainly removed and where components of solvent 1 and 2 in free microspaces build one in water easily soluble precipitate. |
