FIELD: heat treatment, thermal hardening and hydraulic transportation of articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes cooling chamber and rolled stock hydraulic transportation chamber and water supply injector with inlet funnel whose outlet part forms nozzle together with straight-flow chamber; it performs function of countercurrent chamber. Novelty of invention consists in delivery of water from straight-flow chamber to countercurrent chamber due to increased resistance when feed enters it by 0.4-0.6 of its length; length of countercurrent cooling chamber does not exceed 0.1 of length of straight-flow chamber; inlet funnel rises along horizontal axis. ^ EFFECT: simplified construction and adjustment of device; reduction of operational expenses. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
