摘要 FIELD: food processing industry, in particular canner industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: raw materials are prepared according to known technology. Sugar is screened, passed through magnetic trap, dissolved in water and filtered. Dry biomass of Pythium irregulare micromycete is extracted with non-polar extractant (e.g., carbon dioxide or hexane) in above-critical state, and the first extract is separated. Then biomass is subsequently extracted with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali, and water and blended with the first extract. Prepared fruits, sugar solution and preparation from biomass of Pythium irregulare micromycete in amount of 0.1 % expressed in terms of fruit mass are fed into rotor-cavitation extractor to separate non-edible fruit parts.
