The medium has an encrypted register number (3) which cannot be forged and a permanent tag (4) placed in a tamper resistant package (5). The package has a sealing and inviolability kit (6). The recording medium, and hardcopy documents and photos (9) of properties are placed in a special cover (7) having a sealing and inviolability system (8).
