The device has an actuator controlling module (26) to control an actuator (24) of a clutch (14). The module has a correcting unit to determine a control signal of the actuator for canceling variation between a nominal value and measure of a clutch control quantity in minimum amount of time. An adjusting unit adjusts parameters of the correcting unit according to physical quantities and actual behavior of the actuator.
