The method involves assuring a joint in a supporting tube (12) by a sealing unit (22) at a point situated above the piezometric level of water table, to generate higher and lower volumes (V1, V2). A volume of water is stored in the volume (V1). The volume of water is released from the volume (V1) towards the volume (V2) with high flow-rate, by opening a valve (44). An independent claim is also included for a device of declogging a boring well.
