FIELD: systems for cleaning tubes, namely process for cleaning rolled bars and tubes, possibly in oil-, gas production, chemical, oil processing industry branches. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation includes chamber with jets; funnels for fed and discharged rolled products, branch pipe for removing impurities. Installation is provided with fluidic clock pulse generator having feedback circuit for providing necessary oscillation frequency of working agent (compressed air), namely HF-oscillations of compressed air up to 400 Hz. Installation also includes variable throttle device for changing cleaning conditions and for selecting optimal cleaning mode. Compressed air with pressure 0.4 - 0.8 MPa at inlet of installation is used as working agent. Invention provides active interaction of aerodynamic cleaning flows with cleaned surface. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of cleaning, improved efficiency of cleaning process due to elimination of drying operation. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg |
