FIELD: method for loading of cartridges of small arms designed for solution of special problems, for example, test cartridges, traumatic-action cartridges, signal cartridges, cartridges loaded with capsules with chemical agents, etc. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method consists in filling-in of a capsulated cartridge case with a propellant powder charge, installation in the cartridge case of the propelled loading and fastening of the propelled loading in the cartridge case. The propellant charge is formed of a mix at least of two powders, the general mass of the propellant charge and the ratio of the masses of powders forming the propellant charge, is selected for attainment of the characteristics determining the specific purpose of the cartridge, the powders are charged in the cartridge case simultaneously, use is made at least of one quick-burning powder providing for an excess of the characteristics determining the specific purpose of the cartridge, and at least of one slow-burning powder not providing for attainment of the characteristics determining the specific purpose of the cartridge. ^ EFFECT: provided loading of a wide range of cartridges, smooth control of the characteristic determining the specific purpose of cartridges, and simplified procedure of loading. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg, 2 tbl
