FIELD: food processing industry, in particular producing of gerontological diet product. ^ SUBSTANCE: Claimed product is prepared by mixing of dry fermentation lysate of fish mince, cabbage, tomato, amaranth flour, onion, carrot, maize grain, table salt, CO2-extracts from dill and celery, rape oil and preparation obtained from biomass of Mortierella verticilata micromycete according to claimed technology followed by mixture packing. All components are used in dry state and in certain mass ratio. ^ EFFECT: gerontological diet product with increased digestability of nutrient compounds and high content of polyunsaturated fatty content. |
