Device for dental floss cleaning among teeth is intended for cleaning interspaces among teeth, as an addition to teeth brushing with a brush and a toothpaste. It comprises of a two-part housing (1 and 2), a mechanism for rewinding the thread, mechanism for stretching the thread and a thread coil. The lower part of the housing (1) ends in a double-armed fork (3) through which is drawn a thread (4). The thread is rewound by means of the driving wheel (6), around which is wound thread and along which, under the impact of the spring, is pressed an auxiliary wheel. Stretching the thread at rewinding is achieved by a stretcher that under the impact of two springs fixes thread to hinges, around which the thread is wound around. Stretching and fixing the thread is achieved by revolving the throttle (7) in 180°, that over the axis with a decenter draws the lever with inverse wedge, that is wedged between the limiters and just below the fork (3). The stretched position, is stable as it is in 18° behind the position of maximal stretching. Two parts of the housing are joined by opposite elements of connection, and wedged by elements of lock (8 and 9) against longitudinal displacing. |
