FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has inflatable balloon having tube for pumping-in air. Tetragonal frame is rigidly mounted on balloon surface. The frame forms concave platform for receiving posterior convex spleen surface. Platform for fixing edge of posterior spleen surface is formed by bending peripheral area at an angle of 60° to the surface. The frame size allows one to set it into the left subdiaphragmatic space under the spleen. ^ EFFECT: reliable spleen fixation. ^ 3 dwg |
