PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect biological weapons and chemical weapons in vehicles and notify the detection to the outside. SOLUTION: Since detectors detect pathogens and toxins used for biological weapons and chemical substances, used for chemical weapons in a vehicle serving the movement of the public, such as buses, and detected information transmitting means automatically transmit detected information to the outside, that there has been an act of terrorism by biological weapons. A plurality of the detectors form a communication network through the use of means of communications to give communications with redundancy, and the status of the diffusion of objects to be detected is made known, by means of self-location detecting means.
