PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To powerfully shield a stray magnetic field from a power supply unit of an imaging unit so that a stable image with low noise is obtained from a panel sensor for detecting the X-ray image. SOLUTION: A shield chassis 61 of an X-ray detector 23 has the structure which is electrically connected by a contact surface and which also enhances the sealing property. In the shield chassis 61 in which the base is a sealed box body in which an aluminum box case 63 at the outside and an iron box case 64 at the inside are overlaid, for further preventing the stray magnetic field from the spacing therebetween, the box body of a triply overlaid structure is built in, in which a third iron box case 65 is overlaid. Each of the cases 63, 64, and 65 is the box body having one open face. The opening part of the aluminum box case 63 is covered by the iron box case 64, and is further covered by the iron box case 65 from the opening side of the iron box case 64.
