PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch fabric capable of preventing occurrence of unevenness on surfaces of the fabric, when dried, and capable of, on the other hand, reversibly developing the unevenness on the surfaces of the fabric, when wetted, so as to prevent stickiness, to provide a method for producing the same, and provide a fiber product composed by using the stretch fabric. SOLUTION: This stretch fabric is formed by drawing water-absorbing self-stretching elastic yarn at a draw ratio of 1.1 times or more, then conjugating the drawn yarn with other yarn threads to form elastic conjugated yarn (A) containing the water-absorbing self-stretching elastic yarn, and further arranging the elastic conjugated yarn (A) and a not-self-stretching extensible yarn threads (B) alternately one of the yarn with one of the threads, or alternately a plurality of the yarn with a plurality of the threads, as the warp and/or the weft, to weave the fabric.
