摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a spherical toner excellent in yield at the time of mixing treatment with external additive particles, having a small amount of free external additives, a small amount of a positively charged toner and a sharp charge amount distribution, and capable of performing low temperature fixation. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the toner, particles of a plurality of inorganic external additives are added in multiple steps on low temperature fixable spherical resin particles containing at least a colorant using a spherical mixing tank, and with respect to a peripheral speed of the tip of each stirring blade in the spherical mixing tank, a peripheral speed at the time of adding inorganic external additive particles having a put-in bulk density (g/cm<SP>3</SP>) (bulk density at the time of being put into the mixing tank) corresponding to <50% of the put-in bulk density (g/cm<SP>3</SP>) of the spherical resin particles is made lower than that at the time of adding inorganic external additive particles having an put-in bulk density (g/cm<SP>3</SP>) equivalent to the put-in bulk density (g/cm<SP>3</SP>) of the spherical resin particles.
