PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize four-wheel driving using a hybrid transmission without adding a motor in addition to the hybrid transmission. SOLUTION: A front side planetary gear set (a simple planetary gear set) GF and a rear side planetary gear set (a double pinion planetary gear set) GR are coaxially disposed at the rear end of a transmission case 11 distant from an engine ENG, and motor/generator sets MG1, MG2 are disposed at the front side of the transmission case 11 near the ENG. Among sun gears Sf, Sr, ring gears Rf, Rf and carriers Cf, Cr constituting the planetary gear sets GF, GR, the Cf, Cr are integrally coupled and an input shaft 13 (an engine ENG) is connected thereto through an engine clutch Cin. A hollow output shaft Out1 for the front wheels projected from the rear end of the case is coupled to the Rf, and an output shaft Out2 for the rear wheels penetrating through the hollow hole and projected from the rear end of the case is coupled to the Rr.
