PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display stably manufacturable without being influenced by process histories of a color filter for colorization and a color conversion layer, and also to provide its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This organic EL display has: a luminescent element containing a pair of electrodes at least one of which has visible light transmissiblity, and an organic layer disposed between a pair of the electrodes; and a color conversion filter for converting wave length distribution of light generated in the organic layer on a substrate.
