<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nutritional food that is extremely balanced and uses snapping turtle egg by including a component compatible with the component of snapping turtle egg. <P>SOLUTION: Frozen snapping turtle egg is smashed into particle size of ≥100 meshes and powdered by vacuum freeze drying to give snapping turtle egg powder. An oil and fat component obtained by mixing safflower oil with perilla oil is mixed with 20 wt.% of snapping turtle egg powder, 14 wt.% of odorless garlic powder and 6 wt.% of coenzyme Q10 and gelatinized.
