<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional shape detecting device, an image pickup device and a three-dimensional shape detecting program for quickly and highly precisely executing detection processing to detect pixels configuring the orbit of slit beams from a slit beam projecting image. <P>SOLUTION: After pixels configuring a portion of the orbit of a first slit light are detected, an approximate curve related with the orbit of the first slit beams is calculated based on the detected pixels (S902), and a detection region for detecting pixels configuring the orbit of the residual first slit beams is limited based on the approximate curve (S909, S910), and pixels configuring the orbit of the residual first slit beams are detected from the limited detection region (S911 to S914). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
