<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower for an air conditioner with little noise capable of accurately and efficiently carrying out control such that a required air capacity is provided even when a rotational frequency of a driving motor is constant in the air conditioner with a rotary shaft of the driving motor of the blower directly connected to a rotary shaft of the blower. <P>SOLUTION: In the air conditioner with the rotary shaft of the blower directly connected to the rotary shaft of the driving motor, the blower for the air conditioner is characterized in that a runner of the blower comprises two circular outer frames, an opening is provided in a rotation center of one of the circular outer frames, a hollow part is provided in the rotation center continuous with the opening, a plurality of blade parts facing outward from the rotation center are arranged around the hollow part between the two circular outer frames, air is sucked in from the opening and centrifugal forces of the blade parts and the air is used to send air to outer circumferential sides of the circular outer frames, adjusting means are provided on the blade parts for adjusting widths of blades contacting an air flow, and change to a desired air capacity is provided by the adjusting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
