<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent insufficient vacuum condition from occurring at the time of a preliminary vacuum processing in the device which requires the preliminary vacuum processing before sterilization process. <P>SOLUTION: In a sterilizer equipped with a chamber 4 for storing and sterilizing subjects 3 to be sterilized, which requires the preliminary vacuum processing for exhausting air from the chamber, before the sterilization process for the sterilizing subject to be sterilized, even when the predetermined time has passed from the start of the preliminary vacuum process, the sterilizer automatically stops operating when the pressure in the chamber does not fall below the predetermined pressure level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
