PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out proper management of an SCR device by demanding repair of the SCR device when abnormalities occur in the SCR device.

SOLUTION: When it is detected that abnormalities occur in the SCR device, output characteristics with respect to the accelerator operation of a driver are changed so that the engine output is restricted. A map which is adopted when calculating a fuel injection amount is switched according to the vehicle speed (S407), or a fuel injection amount at the time of normal operation and a fuel injection amount at the time of restricted operation are calculated and a smaller one of the calculated fuel injection amounts is output. As abnormalities to be detected, clogging of an injection nozzle, dilution of urea water stored in a tank and so on are adopted.
