<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector plate which is used in a liquid crystal display having many pixels in a matrix to realize a display quality having less conspicuous grains without moire. <P>SOLUTION: Concavo-convex patterns are formed corresponding to each pixel on the surface of a reflector plate by exposing to light through a photomask 1.
