PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone cleaner that can be easily attached to a mobile phone without using a strap or the like. SOLUTION: There are provided a mobile phone cleaner 1 in which one side surface is used as a sticking surface 2 that can be removably stuck on the surface of a mobile phone 10 and the other side surface is used as a cleaner surface 6 for a display part of the mobile phone, and a mobile phone cleaner package composed of the mobile phone cleaner 1, a plate 11 comprising a stuck portion 12 where the mobile phone cleaner 1 is stuck on the sticking surface, and a transparent bag 14 which internally houses the plate 11.
