PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the amount of data that a master station can collect is decreased since data are corrupted by colliding on a radio line when trying to simultaneously transmit mobile station data while the number of target mobile stations increases in a conventional district polling system. SOLUTION: In the radio data collection system that uses the radio line, transmits a polling signal from a base station to a plurality of mobile stations, and collects the information of the mobile station by polling, the base station adds, for transmission, a signal that the mobile stations whose number is smaller than that of the plurality of mobile stations can select and receive to the polling signal for transmission, so that the mobile stations whose number is smaller than the number of the plurality of mobile stations can receive the polling signal, when the polling signal is transmitted to the plurality of mobile stations.
