PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance throughput by enhancing bit likelihood to ensure effective function of error correction decoding, thereby decreasing the number of times of retransmission. SOLUTION: A weighting control section 103 forms weighting data, based on the reliability of a received signal and a weighting section 104 multiplies bit likelihood information (demodulation signal) by the weighting data. When received data is not retransmitted data, a synthesizing section 105 delivers weighted demodulation signal, as it is, to a data demodulating section 106. When the received data is retransmitted data, the synthesizing section 105 synthesizes the weighted demodulation signal and the demodulation signal of received signal in the past read out from the storage section 109.
