PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for containing an electronic circuit board which prevents deterioration of waterproofness at the fixing part of a water repellent filter by preventing liquid carried on the surface of the case from adhering to the fixing part of the water repellent filter. SOLUTION: A hollow protrusion 32 protruding outward is formed on a case 10 such that the hollow section serves as a vent 34, and a cap 38 provided with a water repellent filter 36 is fixed to the end face of the protrusion 32.
