PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk player having a small-sized, inexpensive and highly strong clamper plate. SOLUTION: Roughly L-shaped upward side edge reinforcing parts 13 are formed by perpendicularly bending upwards both side edge parts of the clamper plate 3 made of a steel plate disposed along left and right directions c and d orthogonal to forward and backward directions a and b between both side wall parts 2a of a case body 2 where a tray 1 for a disk D is arranged so as to be moved forwards and backwards a and b. A downward annular reinforcing part 14 is formed by bending the peripheral edge part of a guide hole 5 formed at the center part of the clamper plate 3 downwards. A pair of left and right upward projected reinforcing parts 15 extended in the left and right directions c and d are formed by bending the middle part between both upward side edge reinforcing parts 13 of the clamper plate 3 upwards in a roughly U shape. The outer side end parts 15a of the respective upward projected reinforcing parts 15 are extended to the vicinity of both end parts of the clamper plate 3 and the inner side end parts 15b of the respective upward projected reinforcing parts 15 are integrally connected to the downward annular reinforcing part 14.
