PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire required content data to be linked with contents stored in a doll. SOLUTION: The toy 10 stores identification data and communication start data and has an external connection section. When connecting the toy 10 to a personal computer 20, the identification data and the communication start data are read in the personal computer 20, and the identification data is automatically transmitted to a server 30 through a network 40 on the basis of the communication start data. The server 30 determines whether or not the transmitted identification data is registered. When the identification data is registered, the contents data is transmitted to the personal computer 20.
