PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fan control system capable of improving acceleration performance of a working vehicle. SOLUTION: This cooling fan control system controls rotation speed of a cooling fan CF mounted on the working vehicle and is provided with a first hydraulic motor OM driving the cooling fan CF, a first hydraulic pump OP connected to the first hydraulic motor OM via hydraulic circuit and driven by an engine E, a fluid quantity regulation device put in a hydraulic circuit and regulating quantity of fluid sent to the first hydraulic motor OM, an acceleration state detection device detecting acceleration information relating to acceleration state of the working vehicle, and a control device controlling the fluid quantity regulation device to decelerate or stop the cooling fan CF according to acceleration state of the working vehicle when it is determined that the working vehicle is in the acceleration state based on acceleration information obtained by the acceleration state detection device.
