PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cart capable of ascending/descending stairs safely and easily when a person want to ascend/descend the stairs with the cart full of purchased matters. SOLUTION: At the four tips of the cruciform revolving frame 1, the wheels 2 are fixed, and the left and right revolving frames are arranged to form a set designed for smoothly ascending/descending the stairs.
