PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of the suspension support part of a vehicle with high strength against a force acting thereon from the suspension side of the vehicle. SOLUTION: An opening 12 is formed in the bottom wall 1b of a skeleton member 1 in closed section installed on the underside of a vehicle body. The upper part of a downwardly opening bracket 4 formed in an approximately U-shape in cross section of an upper surface part 41 and both right and left side surface parts 42 bent downward from the right and left side edges of the upper surface part is inserted from the lower side of the opening 12 into the skeleton member 3. The upper surface part 41 of the bracket 4 is overlappingly joined to the upper wall 1a of the skeleton member 3, and both right and left side surface parts 42 of the bracket 4 are joined to the peripheral edge parts 13 of the opening 12. A bulk head connecting the upper wall 1a to the bottom wall 1b of the skeleton member 3 in the skeleton member 3 is formed of the upper part of t he bracket to increase the joining strength of the skeleton member 3 to the bracket and the rigidity of the skeleton member 3 holding the bracket 4.
