PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder for newspapers, in which the newspapers can be folded up so as not to be damaged and to be easy to be read and is easily kept in custody. SOLUTION: This binder is composed of a binder body 1 made of a shape-retained plate material in which a front plate 2 and a rear plate 3, both of which have sizes slightly larger than the size of a newspaper page, are doubled from a folding edge 4 so as to be connected with each other in a foldable manner, and, on one side of the front plate part 2, a plurality of long windows 5 for mounting a clip incised in order to reach the folding edge 4 are provided at required intervals, and a plurality of the clips 11, each of which has a size large enough to be housed in each incised long window 5 and a near channel shape cross section.
