PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation and filtration device for an ornamental use water tank, capable of increasing a dissolution rate of oxygen in water, capable of forming air bubbles into small particles, capable of increasing adhesion and propagation of aerobic bacteria, capable of preventing deterioration of the water, and capable of promoting growth and health of organisms and growth of plants. SOLUTION: This device utilizes pressure fluctuation due to a flow velocity difference of flowing water, for the purpose of increasing the dissolution rate of the oxygen, when the air is sucked in the water in a system. The air is taken in the water by negative pressure generated at the front of an air discharge opening. This device more increases the dissolution rate of the oxygen than those of conventional systems in which the air is pressurized. Further, a water flow containing a large amount of the air is stirred with rotary gears of a pump and then discharged due to the negative pressure, so that the particles of the air bubbles are minimized, the water flow is slowed down, and therefore the adhesion, the growth, the propagation, and increase of the aerobic bacteria are promoted. Furthermore, the propagation of the aerobic bacteria is accelerated, because a large amount of the oxygen is dissolved in the water, and therefore the deterioration of the water is prevented and propagation of miscellaneous bacteria is prevented as well.
