PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processor capable of improving integrity of sheets regardless of a curling direction, and to provide an image forming device provided with the same. SOLUTION: A sheet fed by a sheet stacking means 129 is fed toward an integrity member 131 by a moving means 130, and the front end of the sheet in the feeding direction is brought into contact with the integrity member 131. Furthermore, a pressing means 160A pressing the sheet in the direction of the sheet stacking means 129 is provided between the moving means 130 and the integrity member 131. This pressing means 160A consists of a first pressing member 160 pressing the sheet at a part between the moving means 130 and the integrity member 131, and a second pressing member 161 pressing the end of the sheet on the integrity member side. The first pressing member 160 is configured to press the sheet with its end curled downward at a part between the moving means 130 and the integrity member 131, and the second pressing member 161 is configured to press the sheet with its end curled upward at the end on the integrity member side.
