PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed for diaper change which can save the number of parts and manhours for the assembly and be manufactured easily and inexpensively. SOLUTION: This bed for diaper change is equipped with a base section 5 which is fitted on a required section such as a wall surface 1, and a bed section 7 which is pivoted at the base section 5 through a hinge 6 in a manner to be freely foldable around an axis in the lateral direction. In the bed for diaper change, the bed section 7 is equipped with a hollow bed body 33 for which an insertion space 48 in the longitudinal direction, opened to the rear side, is formed, and a bed frame 34 which has a plurality of supporting members 38 in the lateral direction which are inserted into the insertion space 48 from the opening on the rear side, and also is pivoted by the hinge 6.
